Through a personalised wellness consultation, prescribed Ayurvedic and Western spa treatments, herbal medication, and Panchakarma therapies, the programme delivers a fully customised curative and preventative Ayurvedic treatment regime tailored to your specific dosha and health conditions.

Herbal medication specific to health condition during the course of stay
Panchakarma Therapies
Panchakarma therapies as needed with purgation and/or enema to cleanse the root causes of health conditions
Hatha Yoga
Group Hatha yoga sessions in the morning and evening (daily)
Guided Nature Walks
Guided group nature walks through the surrounding mountain trails
All treatments are administered by trained Ayurvedic therapists under daily medical supervision.
