Program overview
Menopause is an emotional rollercoaster. Because it can begin months or even years before periods stop and can last for years afterwards, guests can have a lot of anxiety and confusion around the changes they're going through. Some other common symptoms are changes in mood — such as low mood or irritability, changes in skin conditions, including dryness or increase in oiliness and onset of adult acne, difficulty sleeping, loss of self-confidence among others. At Santani we have our own 3-pronged approach to managing menopause: Yoga & Meditation to clear the mind of anxiety and uncertainty; Personalised Detoxification to flush out any excess hormones and bring back balance; and Yogasana, Massages and luxurious pampering to bring back a sense of physical comfort.

Liver-Focused Detox
Detox with purgation and enema to cleanse the residual toxins causing imbalances and cravings with a special focus on detoxing the liver
Hatha Yoga & Meditation
Group Hatha yoga and meditation sessions in the morning and evening (daily)
Guided Nature Walks
Guided group nature walks through the surrounding mountain trails
All treatments are administered by trained Ayurvedic therapists under daily medical supervision.
